With two offices in Wisconsin, we have been on the forefront of designing and implementing green infrastructure solutions for quantitative MS4 permits, as Wisconsin was the first state to require quantitative load reductions.

In addition, staff closely follow development of stormwater policy and several have served on key national task forces and committees (Water Environment Federation (WEF) Stormwater Task Force, Stormwater Committee of the National Association of Flood and Stormwater Management Agencies, WEF Watershed Management Committee, and WEF Surface Water Quality and Ecology Committee) that have been instrumental in guiding USEPA regulations since 1988.
