Plan holders receiving drawings and specifications electronically from QuestCDN and CivCast are requested to provide an e-mail address if they wish to receive project addenda or other related information electronically. To complete the Plan Holders List, plan holders are requested to designate whether they are a prime contractor, a subcontractor, or a supplier for the project.
Receiving Bid Documents
To receive paper copies of drawings and specifications, if applicable, please e-mail or fax a copy of your request and a check made payable to Strand Associates, Inc.®, then mail the check to the soliciting office. Additionally, you may stop by the soliciting office to purchase the drawings and specifications with a check.
Updated Plan Holders Lists are available on our website under Plan Distribution. Please contact the soliciting office directly if you wish to receive bid results that have not been posted online or if you have other questions about the project.
